Dr. Roach holds a B.S. Degree in Biology, from ENMU, DDS Degree from Baylor University College of Dentistry, a MA, ThD, & PhD from Zoe University.
Linda, has a B.A. in Theology, Bible & Doctrine from Angelo Bible College.
Both are ordained through Victory Fellowship of Ministries in Tulsa, OK and Heritage of Faith Ministries, Dr. Jerry Savalle. They are the founders and President of Angelo Bible Institute Inc., 1989, and founders of Victory Christian Center of San Angelo 1996.
