Jesus conquered death and now gives us eternal life. I can't over emphasize the importance of getting connected to Jesus as your Savior. Study the Word, memorize the Word and be a doer of the Word. I wanted to give you God's word to have success in the new year.

Faith is Acting on God's Word
When our words and actions agree with the Word of God, we will receive our answers according to our faith. When we “believe” God’s Word, we will begin to put it into action. Many Christians will confess God’s Word, and at the same time contradict their confession by wrong actions. Doubt will creep in, and they won’t act. The actions of a doer of the Word coincide with their confession of faith. In James 1:23, Abraham had faith to believe God for the promise and it was accounted to him for righteousness (Deu. 15:6). Abraham put his faith into action by cooperating with God. James 1:22 says, “Be the doers of the Word and not hearers only, deceiving yourself.” You must put action to your faith. As you know the Word of God and assemble it into your “Spirit man,” you find things will begin to happen in your life.
First, you get saved by faith and the Word as it is preached. Romans 10:9-10 says, “Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth.” Faith comes by hearing God’s Word (Romans 10:17). 2 Corinthians 4:13 says “and since we have the same spirit of faith…I believe and therefore spoke, we also believe and therefore speak.” We will speak what we believe in our hearts. We will act upon what we believe in our hearts.
Second, we find that God’s Word is alive. Hebrews 4:12- “and our faith is alive.” 1 Corinthians 12:13. And since our faith is alive and God’s Word is alive, His Word brings life, health, and spirit into our lives. Proverbs 4:20-22. John 6:63. Jesus said, “My words are life and Spirit when God’s word implants into your Spirit it begins to ‘transform’ you.” 2 Corinthians 3:18 says, “we are being transformed into His image from glory to glory by the Spirit of the Lord.” It’s a supernatural transformation. Our faith that comes from God is a gift (Romans 12:3) – a measure of faith; mustard see faith (Luke 17:6). That which has growth potential is alive with the life of God. It is a powerful force when used to move mountains or circumstances (Mark 11:23-24).
As we live a life of faith, we will begin to develop an unshakeable confidence in God. Jesus gives us the key: Luke 6:47-49. Jesus is the rock, and His words are the foundation that makes our confidence unshakeable. Even when the “storm of life” comes, we will prevail because of the Word of God.
When you study the life of all of the Apostles and early Christians, they were all established in the faith and were victorious even unto death. They all knew that they had a “better inheritance” waiting for them (Hebrews 11:39-40). Listen to Paul’s words to Timothy- “For I suffer these things…for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that day (2 Timothy 1:12).” “Again, I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race, I have kept the faith (2 Timothy 4:7).” Peter and all the rest of the Apostles suffered for Christ and stayed faithful to the faith (1 Peter 4:12-14, 16).
Third, live a life of praise between the time you pray and the time the manifestation comes. Hebrews 13:15 says, “Continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God…give thanks to His name.” Thank Him in advance for the answer (Phil. 4:6-7).
Fourth, notice Paul says, “let us be anxious for nothing…” This is “worry.” Worry is a manifestation of a lack of trust. No one can worry and trust at the same time. Trust and obey God’s Word. Worry is the opposite of faith. Don’t allow the cares of your life to hinder your faith and the Word in your life. Just declare what you believe with your mouth and act on the Word. Conceiv the image in your spirit of what you want to accomplish and possess. See it with the eyes of faith. Practice Philippians 4:19- God being your source, and Malachi 3:10-11. 2 Corinthians 9:10-11. Have faith to release to God and put action to it, be obedient. Then you will see the manifestation of it. Amen.

God Bless you in this New Year- Pastor Jetty Roach

"There was no room for them in the inn."
The inn in this verse can be likened to the human heart. Many people do not make room in their hearts to receive the King of Kings and the Lord of Lord, the Messiah, The lord Jesus Christ.
Many find themselves, like the innkeeper, busy with the busyness of life's affairs, more interested in making money and "doing their own thing." There seems to be little or no time to honor the Lord of Glory.
Also, sadly, many people have their hearts so cluttered with unforgiveness, resentments and bitterness that there is little room for Christ Child who came to set them free from those very emotions.
In Revelation 3:10 Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hearts My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him and be with him."
Jesus Himself says it is He who knocks at the door of the human heart with a deep yearning to come in and bring His gifts of salvation, peace, comfort, tranquility, joy and an abiding hope. And the wonderful part of this is all you have to do is open the door and allow Him, the King of Glory, to come in and live in and through you. Jesus tells us that if we will abide or live in Him. He will abide or live in us. What a glorious promise!!!
That night Jesus was born into the world, He was born King of the Jews, but the nobility of the day did not even know of His birth. But God sent His angels to announce the birth of the King of the world to humble shepherds sleeping under the stars on a cold, winter's night.
Did you know that Jeus yearns to be King of your heart today? Won't you accept His invitation and enthrone Him in there?
His kingdom is in the hearts of all those who will put they're in him.
In Luke 17:20-21 The Word of God says. "Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the Kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, 'he kingdom of God does not come with observation, nor will they say, 'See here! or 'See there!' for indeed, the kingdom of God is within you."
The question for today is: Does Jesus Christ, The holy Child of Israel, rule and reign in your heart today? Is He King of your heart and Lord of your life? Is there room to receive Him?
Here is another question: Have you totally surrendered your will to His will? You may believe in God and in His Son, Jesus Christ, and you even attend church, but have you allowed God to completely fill you with His fullness?
It might be that Christ Jesus is not ruling and reigning as the Lord of your thoughts, emotions, intentions and/or imaginations. Perhaps he is not the Lord of your actions. Maybe He is not the Lord over your family and social life
Today, won't you make room in your heart for the Kings of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Give Him first place in your life. Make His Word a top priority in your daily routine. Purpose in your heart to serve Him in all you do.
And, as you faithfully do these things, you will discover the secret that abundant life Jesus talked about in John 10:10. "The thief (Satan), does not come except to steal, and to kil and to destroy. I (Jesus) have come that they (you and me) may have life and that they have more abundantly."
You will find yourself living above your circumstances in a life overflowing with love, peace, joy and the fullness of the King of the Universe!!!!
  Amen

A good father is often unsung, unpraised, and unnoticed—yet he remains one of the most valuable foundations in our society.
In God’s design, the father reflects the character of God Himself. He is called not only to provide, but also to serve as an example, teacher, spiritual leader, disciplinarian, and guide for his children. One of the greatest needs in America today is for men of moral and spiritual strength who lead their families by example and in the ways of God.
The home is the basic unit of society. Strong homes are built on a foundation of faith, and fathers play a vital role in that process. Here are a few encouraging reminders for all fathers:

Know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. This is the foundation of a godly life and leadership in the home.

Recognize the responsibility of building a happy, faith-filled home. It is a calling worthy of dedication and prayer.

Be present. Children crave your time, attention, and presence more than any material gift.

Set a Christ-centered example. Let your daily life reflect integrity, kindness, and devotion to God.

Discipline with fairness and love. Remember that your example is the most powerful form of instruction—children often model what they see in their parents.

Scripture reminds us:
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6
Today, may each father recommit to being a faithful leader, a source of wisdom and love, and a reflection of Christ in the home.

Everything that is needed to live an abundant life both physically and spirituality has been provided for us. These things have come to us and have been revelaed to us through the promises of God. Howerever, if we are going to obtain them, we will have to lay hold of them.
Some promises are conditional and some are not. Salvation is a conditional promise. Salvation is the promise of eternal life. It has been promised and must be possessed. Romans 10:9-10 says, "If you confess..." Believers in the Lord Jesus have been redeemed from all the curses of the law by the blood of Jesus' cross (Galatians 3:13).
Say this to yourself: "I possess eternal life. I possess the abundant life. I possess the Holy Spirit. God meets all my needs. I walk in divine healing for by His stripes I have already been healed."
You see, you don't have to be sick, or weak or broke or afraid or depressed. Because the Greater One lives in you! You can live the abundant life NOW!
Some of the conditions of possessing the promises of God are:
1. Come to Go in faith believing (Hebrews 11:6)
2. Abide in Christ and His Word (John 15:7)
3. Continue in the Word of God (John 8:31)
4. Be a disciple of Christ ( John 8:31)
5. Be faithful and patient (Hebrews 6:12)
It is up to us, as believers, to possess God's promises. We must know what they are and believe that they are for us today. Do not allow religion and doctrines of men to steal your inheritance. Then, by faith, claim the promises and put your faith into action. There can be no great men or women without great mothers.
We are honoring the diginity and the sancity of womanhood.
Jesus was the One who began to elevate women. Only in Christianity have women been lifted to a true equality with men. However, there are still some religions that haven't seen the light yet. The Bible is full of stories of courgeous, faith-filled women who contriuted to making the world a better place. After Moses passed through the Red Sea, it was Miriam who led the hebrew women in rejoicing.
It was Ruth who put God first and as a result became an ancestor of King David and in the line of the Messiah, It was Deborah who was one of the judges of Irael. It was Hannah who gave to the Lord the child Samuel, the child of her prayers and love.
It was royal Esther who risked her own life to plead for her doomed people.
It was a widow's obiedience to God's command which sustained the Prophet Elijah and the barrl if meal and oil.
It was a little captive maiden who told the wife of Naaman about the man of God who would cure his leprosy. It was a women who anointed the feet of Jesus with the precious ointment. It was Mary Magdalene who first greeted the Risen Lor and was told, "Go tell."
It was Priscilla, a helper, in Luke's Gospel of Jesus' compassion for a mother.
In today'ssociety we desperately need Christian mothers to help mold the character of our children and young people. A generation of Christian mothers can change the whole face of society.
The influence of a mother upon the lives of her children whether positive or negative cannot be measured in human terms. Children absorb the example and attitudes of their mothers whether good or bad. Therefore, mothers must demonstrate to their children good, positive Christian attitudes built on the love of God and faith in His word. Displaying honesty, temperaance, gentleness, goodness, and love.
Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from the Lord." Your first and most important job as a mother is to train up your children to know the Lord Jesus as their personal Lord and savior. and when they know him, everything else will fall into line. The Bible says, even though the resent discipline and training now, they will rise up some day to call you,"Blessed."
Happy Mother's Day!!!!!

(Isaiah 26:3). We need to be aware of the Lord’s presence and His providence in every situation of life by meditating on His Word and communing with Him daily.

Renew your mind with God’s Word (Philippians 2:5). As we renew our minds continually in the Word of God, we will take on the perfect mind of Christ.

Our minds play a crucial part in our ability to live in the peace of God. If the mind is negative and fearful, there will be no peace.

“My peace I give to you…let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” (John 14:27). In this Scripture we are presented with a choice whether to allow our hearts to be in turmoil and fearful.

In Colossians 3:15 Paul says to let peace rule in your hearts. Only you can decide to allow the peace of God to rule and reign in your heart.

Know this: Fear is a spirit, and it is not from God! By refusing to worry, we can drive out the spirit of fear and heave peace ruling and reigning in our lives.

We must learn how-to live-in peace with one another and especially with our brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 13:11 says, “…. Be of good comfort, be of one mind (being of one mind concerning the things of God), live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.”

As we fellowship together in one mind (the mind of Christ) and in one accord, we will live in peace and unity together as the family of God.

Today, the choice is ours. We can choose to live a life with tormented minds and troubled hearts. We can choose to live in strife and division with other believers.

Or we can choose to obey the Word of God and live in the peace of God.

Here are the keys:

Accept the Prince of Peace, the Lord Jesus Christ

Refuse to allow the devil to steal your peace

Refuse to allow circumstances and other people to steal your peace.

Cast down vain imaginations, worries and fears and set your mind steadfastly on the Word of God and on serving Him.

Allow the peace of God to be manifested in your life like a mighty river.

“Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report. If there is any virtue and if there Is anything praiseworthy meditate on these things.”

Philippians 4:8 –

Merry Christmas!

Pastor Jerry
